Doubletree Orlando Downtown
Commencing with Asset Management, and subsequent property acquisition, the property was rebranded, new management installed, renovated and repositioned to achieve significant revenues and profits thus enabling a successful exit by sale within 2 years.

Facilitated for their FDIC portfolios a review of approximately 100+ assets and prepared analyses that allowed Colony AMC OPCO to make strategic decisions on each of the distressed hotel loans in two portfolios.

The Rise Hollywood
The Los Angeles property is 2.15 acres and is under construction on a Class A, 369 unit multi-family apartment building scheduled to be delivered in Q4 2019.
Palisades Highlands
The 5,800 acre Palisades Highlands Development in Pacific Palisades, CA was regarded as an environmentally sensitive coastal zone project where 2,500 single family homes, condos, apartments and a commercial center in 29 separate phases were developed.
Monarch Bay
This public/private partnership with the City of San Leandro is a 52-acre area site surrounding the city’s marina that will include a 285 unit multi-family apartment, a 220 key hotel, a 7,500-square-foot conference center, 200 units of housing, 3 new restaurants, a new community library, a 25 acre passive public park, along with almost 2 miles of public promenade.
Gardena Village
Located in Gardena, California, the 15 acre former Honeywell manufacturing plant was re planned for 55 zero lot line homes in a gated community.
Gardena Marketplace
A 100,000 square foot shopping center located at the major intersection of Western Avenue and Artesia Boulevard in Gardena, CA. The brown-field development required extensive remediation but is now a successful neighborhood shopping center.
Northmall Centre
Located at the base of the affluent Foothills area of Tucson, AZ Cal-Coast, this 170,000 square foot power center, anchored by SteinMart, JCPenny Home Store, Big 5 Sporting Goods and Pacific Sales, adjacent to Tucson’s only Sam’s Club.
