Palisades Highlands
The 5,800 acre Palisades Highlands Development in Pacific Palisades, CA was regarded as an environmentally sensitive coastal zone project where 2,500 single family homes, condos, apartments and a commercial center in 29 separate phases were developed.
Monarch Bay
This public/private partnership with the City of San Leandro is a 52-acre area site surrounding the city’s marina that will include a 285 unit multi-family apartment, a 220 key hotel, a 7,500-square-foot conference center, 200 units of housing, 3 new restaurants, a new community library, a 25 acre passive public park, along with almost 2 miles of public promenade.
Gardena Village
Located in Gardena, California, the 15 acre former Honeywell manufacturing plant was re planned for 55 zero lot line homes in a gated community.
